These Terms of Use govern access to the Search B4 Purchase website, app and related services provided by Core CNC Solutions Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Research service—not professional advice
Search B4 Purchase gathers and organizes product information from multiple sources. Results are provided for general informational purposes and are not a guarantee, appraisal, professional recommendation or substitute for your own inspection and judgment.
3. Accuracy and availability
Prices, stock, specifications, reviews, reported faults, warranty terms, parts availability and other third-party information may change or contain errors. You should verify important details directly with the retailer, manufacturer or other original source before purchasing.
4. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, scrape it excessively, reverse engineer protected portions, submit unlawful content or use it to harm others.
5. Subscriptions
Final subscription pricing, billing periods, renewal terms and cancellation instructions will be disclosed in the app before purchase. App-store purchases may also be governed by the applicable store’s terms and payment processes.

7. Third-party services

Search B4 Purchase, its original software, design, branding and content are owned by or licensed to Core CNC Solutions Inc. Third-party names, product images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Core CNC Solutions Inc. does not guarantee that results will be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free and is not responsible for purchasing decisions or losses arising from reliance on third-party product information.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features and may update these terms. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or legal rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without limiting consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
