Request deletion
You may request deletion of your Search B4 Purchase account and associated personal data by emailing searchb4purchase@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
Include the following
- Subject line: “Search B4 Purchase Account Deletion”
- The email address associated with the account
- A clear request to delete the account and associated data
Verification
To protect accounts from unauthorized deletion, we may need to verify that you control the account or associated email address.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or de-identify account information and user-associated data that we are not legally required to retain. Certain transaction, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account may not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Subscriptions purchased through an app store must also be cancelled in that store’s subscription settings.
Processing time
We intend to acknowledge verified deletion requests promptly and complete them within a reasonable period, subject to legal and technical requirements.
